For example, an individual who has learned how to use social media marketing but still needs to focus on creating engaging content and analyzing results may be at this stage.
- Unconscious Competence In this final stage, individuals have developed such a high level of competence that they can perform the skill or knowledge area almost without thinking. They have internalized the knowledge and skill to the point where it has become second nature. For example, an individual who has mastered social media marketing and can create engaging content and analyze results effortlessly may be at this stage.
