Aside from the work he did on the strategic level for many companies including many Fortune 500, he was also asked to help imbibe innovation and peak performance across the grassroots level through keynotes, as well as coaching & training programs.

Since then he has delivered many keynotes & bespoke programs globally around topics of innovation, leadership, culture & peak performance where he has shared his insights and learnings from 2 decades of working with various businesses in various industries across the globe. Personally impacted over 20,000 people globally including many senior leaders from Fortune 500. Trained by Dr Win Wenger (the protege & colleague of the late R Buckminster Fuller) as well as Anthony Robbins & Cloe Maddens (leaders in peak performance & strategic intervention), Jesse combines innovation and peak performance, to help businesses & senior leaders get results.

Jesse is also a Venture Principal with Vickers Venture Partners, South East Asia’s largest venture capital firm, listed amongst the world’s best performing venture capital fund managers. Vickers currently manages US$2.5 billion in net asset value.
