This Privacy Policy explains how Innovation Learning LLC, which operates InnovationTraining.org (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information through our website, email communications, and the AI plugins and skills we publish (together, the “Services”).
Information You Give Us
We collect information you choose to send us, such as when you:
- submit a contact, inquiry, or sign-up form (for example your name, email address, organization, and message);
- email us, including requests sent to our app and AI tools support; or
- subscribe to our email newsletter.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies.
Our AI Plugins and Skills
Our AI plugins and skills, including the Facilitation & Workshop Design plugin for ChatGPT and skills for Claude, consist of instructions and reference material that run inside third-party AI platforms. They do not send your prompts, conversations, uploaded files, or outputs to us, and we do not receive or store them.
Your conversations are handled by the AI platform you use (for example OpenAI for ChatGPT or Anthropic for Claude) under that platform’s own privacy policy and terms. Please review those policies before entering confidential or personal information.
If you contact us for support about a plugin or skill, we receive only what you choose to send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising networks on our website.
