These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the AI plugins, skills, assistants, downloadable skill files, and related resources (together, the “Tools”) published by Innovation Learning LLC, which operates InnovationTraining.org (“InnovationTraining.org,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Tools include the Facilitation & Workshop Design plugin for ChatGPT and the Facilitation & Workshop Design skills for Claude.
By installing, accessing, or using any of the Tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Tools. If you use the Tools on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Eligibility
The Tools are intended for adults using them for professional, educational, or personal purposes. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use them.
What the Tools Do
The Tools provide instructions and reference material that help an AI platform generate ideas, session designs, activities, facilitation guides, critiques, and similar content. The Tools run inside third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude. We do not operate those platforms and we do not control how they generate responses.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or suggestions that are inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and deciding whether and how to use any output.
Your Responsibility for Sessions You Design and Lead
You are solely responsible for any workshop, meeting, training, retreat, event, or other session you design, adapt, or facilitate with help from the Tools, and for how you run it. This includes responsibility for:
- the physical safety of participants, including activities that involve movement, physical contact, outdoor settings, travel, food, or equipment;
- the emotional and psychological wellbeing of participants, including reflection, storytelling, or discussion activities that may surface personal or sensitive topics;
- accessibility, accommodations, and inclusion for participants;
- compliance with your organization’s policies and with applicable laws, including employment, privacy, and health and safety requirements; and
- obtaining any permissions you need for materials, recordings, photos, or participant information.
Adapt or skip any suggested activity that is not appropriate for your participants, setting, or culture.
No Professional Advice
Outputs from the Tools are provided for educational, informational, and productivity purposes only. They are not legal, financial, medical, mental health, safety, human resources, employment, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. The Tools are not designed for therapy, crisis support, investigations, disciplinary processes, or other high-stakes decisions about individuals.
Your Content
You are responsible for the information and materials you provide to an AI platform while using the Tools, and for ensuring that you have the right to use or share them.
Do not enter confidential, sensitive, proprietary, or personally identifiable information, including information about participants or colleagues, unless you are permitted to share it and are comfortable with the data practices of the AI platform you are using.
Your use of ChatGPT, Claude, or any other third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or how they handle your information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Tools to violate any law or the rights of others, to harass, deceive, or harm any person, or to design sessions intended to manipulate or coerce participants.
License and Intellectual Property
The Tools, including their instructions, skill files, reference materials, methodologies, and written content, are owned by Innovation Learning LLC and protected by copyright and other laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Tools for your own professional or personal purposes, and for internal use within your organization. You may adjust skill files for your own use.
You may not sell, sublicense, republish, or redistribute the Tools or modified versions of them, include them in a product or service offered to others, or present them or our methodologies as your own, without our written permission.
As between you and us, you may use the outputs you generate with the Tools for any lawful purpose, subject to the terms of the AI platform you used to generate them.
Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue any Tool or feature at any time without notice. Third-party AI platforms may also change how plugins and skills operate, which may affect availability or functionality.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOVATION LEARNING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE TOOLS, ANY OUTPUT, OR ANY SESSION YOU DESIGN OR LEAD, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE TOOLS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE TOOLS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovation Learning LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Tools, your content, any session you design or facilitate, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Tools will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Tools.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the date of the latest update. Continuing to use the Tools after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
